Bear Tracks Ice Melter Fundraiser
This is a joint fundraiser for both École Campbelltown and Sherwood Heights school communities to raise money for Forest Grove Outdoor Spaces! All money raised will be spent on the development of the areas outside of the new Forest Grove school including purchase of additional benches, playground equipment, picnic tables and basketball nets.
Submit cash or cheque (payable to ECPLA) along with an order form in the office at École Campbelltown or Sherwood Heights.
Use this website to create an account, place an order and pay via credit card. Please follow the instructions below and add your child to the correct classroom for those attending École Campbelltown, or chose the class labelled "Sherwood Heights" for those students enrolled at Sherwood Heights.
Hot Lunch École Campbelltown
First hot lunch will be Wednesday November 19!
Hot lunch is optional!
It will be available for ordering every Wednesday.
KMA/KMB will alternate according to the Wednesdays that each class attends school.
Funds raised by the hot lunch program support ECPLA funding initiatives (such as Christmas concert bussing and venue rental) with any additional funds raised being used for development of Forest Grove Outdoor Spaces.
Children must be registered at the start of each school year.The online system is reset every summer.
How do I register an account to use this website?
1. Click the "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER" button to sign up.
Our school access code is (all capitals): ECSHL
Enter your name, email address and phone number
Enter a user ID that you will use for access to the online application
Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct.
Click "Register Now" and you will be logged into the website.
2. Add your children by clicking on the "STUDENTS" button in green at the top of the page or in black at the bottom of the page. Select the appropriate class for each student at École Campbelltown. If your child attends Sherwood Heights and you are placing a fundraising order, select "Sherwood Heights" as the class.It is important to add all your students first, before placing an order.
3. Once the students have been added to the system, you will be able to place orders for any available fundraising (École Campbelltown and Sherwood Heights) and hot lunch (École Campbelltown only) schedules immediately by clicking the "ORDER" button below each child's name.
4. All orders must by paid via credit card using this site in order to be placed.
If you are paying with cash or cheque for a fundraiser, you will need to complete the paper copy of the form and submit payment to the office.
If you are paying with cash or cheque for hot lunch, you will need to email ECPLA at ecolecpla@gmail.com with your child's name, classroom and order and then submit payment to the office prior to the hot lunch deadline for ordering.
